How do i go about doing this. If i enable QOS will that rule apply to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz? I just want to limit 2.4 ghz.

You could create a rule that only applied to your XBox's MAC address.

Cool. But when i go to User Specify Rule List under QOS theres no box to enter how much upload speed i would like the 360 to have?

i.e i want to make it so that the 360 only uploads @ 30kb/sec

Configure one of the classes with the desired up/download percentages, then assign all traffic from that MAC address to that specific class.

I think i got it right. But now my 5 ghz speed is suffering.. Why couldnt the interface just separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz? :/

Simply ignore that, it's just a kernel notice.
