No, it's not. From a beta test point of view, this is absolutely useless data for me. The poster didn't even provide very basic information as to what type of Internet connection, or what steps he took to confirm the problem was with the firmware.This is interesting.
If there's really a bug (which I personally doubt based on what little information I have here to work with) and no further info/troubleshooting steps is provided, then expect the same bug to still be there in a final release.
The point of a beta test isn't to provide people with early toys. It's to gather debugging information, ahead of a final release.
