    Answered. IT was a neighbor 'borrowing' wifi. I had previously shared password. Nothing sinister.

    Running Merlin 380.62 on an ASUS RT-87. WPA2. Using PIA VPN at the router with policy routing so I can bypass VPN for NETFLIX. The past few weeks, I have noticed "Tessy-HP" on the network at 192.168.1.18. Most of my IPs are assigned manually, and this one was DHCP. Did not look like any...
