BRICKED ROUTER: Boot program checksum is invalid

thank you! i was tftp recovering and ren into the bootloader checksum problem. adding "mode binary" into my steps was the thing that fixed it for me!! so many sites said no solution and i was ready to toss my 8 port router out! thank you!
