RT-N66U 378.50 Port Forwarding not working.

Ok, so I decided to upgrade firmware from 376.49 to 378.50 last night. I did the factory reset, before, and after I flashed the new firmware. Started putting all my settings back manually and discovered that none of my port forward settings are taking effect. I see them on the page, but even...
