    Keep in mind that setting group key rotation interval to "0" disables key rotation entirely and is technically less secure. In the unlikely scenario that someone attempts to crack your wifi encryption, having no key rotation makes it easier to accomplish.

    I think the picture in RMerlin's documentation demonstrates how to accompish what you're after: VPN Director Specifically The rule with the "tunnel subnet" description, though you'll need to adjust the subnet and interface to match your server setup.

    Element picker in uBlock Origin will let you filter out Shorts. Best part is you can use in on mobile with Firefox, though I can only vouch for Android. I'm not sure if iOS allows extensions with Firefox. Alternatively, Revanced is a thing if you prefer using the Youtube app.

    Just to tie up loose ends, I figured out what was ACTUALLY waking up my PC. I mistakenly assumed it was an ARP request, but it was in fact the WPA key rotation. The GTK offload feature seems to be bugged in windows as I found multiple reports of the same issue with different wireless adapters...

    That's where my confusion lies as I don't understand how a guest network with intranet access is any different than just connecting to the main network. I'm aware of YazFi, I mentioned that I don't use it due to the ramifications of using it with IPv6.
