TP-Link Archer MR200 3/4G Router - can hotspots be accessed?

We are networking and accessing the internet using the TP-Link Archer MR200 3/4G Router on our yacht and currently in South East Asia, changing countries and SIM cards often and chewing through quite a bit of cellular data. When we are close to shore we manually disconnect from our boat network...
