    I can’t do that because my main WiFi networks use specula character in the SSID name, and the cameras are so cheap they actually can’t connect to that!     Thanks a lof for the suggestion! I believe I saw these on Amazon.com and newegg.com as well. But should I go with 9db or could i try 12db (it that even exists!!) Are they "compatible" with AC88U as well?? Just curious: how much/many dbs are there in the AC68U/88U antennas?

    Thank you for your comments! In my personnal experience with the AC68U, in a rather small apartment (110 square meters), the 5Ghz really sucks, and the 2.4GHz works adequately, much better than on previous devices like the DSL 2640, Apple Airport Extreme, Sagemcom 2674, etc.
