Can't Access Router via PC but can via Phone

Exact things happen to me as well, after reset my router I was not getting access with 192.168.1.1, then I have try to find the router ip from http://whatsmyrouterip.com not it's working.

Can't access admin after upgrade. 10.11.160.1 default router IP

Please check your ip again at http://whatsmyrouterip.com and see if it's correct
