Confessions of a 10GbE Network Newbie

I am quite impressed with windows 8.1 SMB multiplex. I have a P67 / 2600K with two on board giga nics and a z87 haswell with two intel onboard nics. I bought a cheesy smart switch from staples to play with teaming and basically that was a waste of time... never could break the 125 MBS giga...
