    Ok so my speed issues were my ISP.........but i am still having an issue with my 24 port switch, in where it keeps cycling through devices in lan port 1........as i described above. Any ideas? Why would it keep jumping around ,,,,,, I can actually see it cycling through the IP / devices on...

    Yea I thought you all might say that........I have the RT-AC68P. I did import the settings but I only did that after I was having these issues and then reflashed the router with new firmware. So ill try that again...........with no import.
