    Issues with RT-AX92U running 388.2_2_0-gnuton1

I also have a pair of AX92U routers. I ran the 388.2_2_0-gnuton1 firmware without any problems. Last week, I installed the 3004.388.4_0-gnuton1 firmware with a factory reset on each. On the first overnight reboot, the 5g WIFI didn't come back on. It came right back on when I power cycled the...

RT AX92U firmware upgrade drops connections frequently

Lost my 2.5 mhz guest network last night, after two days with 388_22525. I'm dropping back to 386_46061 firmware for now. It's an irritation as the guest network supported most of the smart lights and plugs in the house... Haven't noticed any connection drops on my regular 2.5, 5G or 6E. I...

    ASUS RT-AC68U firmware release 3.0.0.4.385_10000-gd8ccd3c

Hey lucluke My "obvious" solution was, after the upgrade to 10000, to do a factory reset (duh) on the node router first, then the main router, and no more disconnects!! ( see a later post from me.). Also check previous posts on how to set a log_level parm to eliminate informational disconnect...

    ASUS RT-AC68U firmware release 3.0.0.4.385_10000-gd8ccd3c

Used Ubuntu (for Windows 10) to reset the log_level to 5, and the WLCEVENTD messages mostly disappeared. I found the SSH how to details on one of Merlin's Wiki pages. Easy! Thanks again!

    ASUS RT-AC68U firmware release 3.0.0.4.385_10000-gd8ccd3c

Greetings! SUCCESS! I've updated both of my routers to the 3.0.0.4.385_10000 firmware and my AiMesh node now stays connected to all its devices. Guess I missed the step where one needs to factory reset the router after a firmware update. I factory reset the RT-AC68U node, then my main...

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.10007 for All Supported Products

I just updated my RT-AC68R and RT-AC68U both to version 3.0.0.4.384_20287-g51c2770, from 10007. Apparently, the UPDATE FIRMWARE button that appears when you CHECK in the GUI for new FW, doesn't do anything anymore? I rebooted the router after using the button, after watching what looked like a...
