    RT-N66U in AP-mode : where to connect the router-ethernet cable ?

    After an electrical storm, one of my LAN ports cease to function. I purchase a replacement RT-N66U and using the older unit as an AP. I'm using the WAN port on the AP to cable from a 2nd floor closet to the LAN port on the new unit, at the 1st floor. Only 3 LAN ports work on the damaged unit...
