    I have had my fill of the XT8 ignoring the 5GHz-2 backhaul as an AiMesh node...

    Did you even try without tri-band enabled, basically locking each band with different passwords. I've done it as the robovac had trouble staying connected

    Think it's the same as stock with more features. App still works as it should. I only have a single unit as a router since it covers my whole apartment, and can't give any feedback on that part. @Calkulin answered that question and would likely be the only solution to the mesh wireless backhaul...
