port forwards wont save?

Hi All

I love this firmware first and foremost, so thank you for your efforts!

I am trying to add a port forward under port forwarding and when I hit apply, it does not stick. I am hitting + to add the rule and am familiar with the stock firmware so I know I am doing this right.. Tried to reboot the router to no avail, and its not a port that is in use by anything else.

Any ideas?

Otherwise, can someone help me with iptables to add a rule to port forward port 2222 to 192.168.1.110 tcp to same port?

Make sure you also enable port forwarding, just above that section.

Please do. Also try a different browser if you haven't already.
 
I've tried in both chrome and IE.. so I type in the rule info that i'd like.. as you can see it is already enabled. I add it.

When I hit apply it tells me to put in valid range for the ftp server so i put in a port number there and then tell hit to save. it acts like it is saving and then as you can see in the photo below nothing does. :(

So after I click apply and it saves like the above screenshot it reloads and as you can see nothing saved :(

That FTP port shouldn't be empty, it should contain 2021 by default. Try entering that value in it before applying.

If it still fails, you might have some corruption in your saved nvram, which would require a factory default reset, and manually reconfiguring everything.
 
You were right (of course).. There was some corruption. Reset to defaults and re-configured and 2021 was auto-filled, as you said it should, and the rule saved successfully. I'm going to see if I can replicate the issue.. It all started when I configured the traffic monitor/stats to save to the mounted USB thumb drive.. Had not re-enabled that, but will.
