Everytime I access the Traffic Analyzer page on the RT-AC87U, I am no longer able to access the webgui unless I reboot my router. It appears to be random, because when I do a hard reset, it works afterwards until I change some settings.

No idea if the problem exists on the orignal asus firmware. I am currently using 52_2.

Enable the JFFS partition if you had disabled it.

Oh lol, thanks! Hope they will fix it in the future.

There's nothing for Asus to fix. Traffic Analyzer uses the JFFS partition to store its database, and the Asus stock firmware does not let you disable that partition. In 378.52 I made it impossible to disable it while TA is enabled, you must have disabled it in a previous version.

Even if TA is disabled, when I disable jffs, clicking on the TA tab crashes the web gui, which requires me to reboot the router. I am using 52_2

Then just don't disable JFFS.

I'm considering removing this setting in the future since Asus is starting to use it for various functions, and there is zero reason to disable it anyway.

Exactly what I did, I was simply mentionning that it still happens while TA is disabled.

If it causes some stability problems by disabling it, then it is best not to be able to disable it.

No problem, thanks for specifying that. I'm a bit surprised that it would still crash even while it's disabled, but it's beyond my control since the DPI engine is closed source. Removing the ability to disable the JFFS2 partition would be the only safe bet.
