My internet connection is very unstable using wifi and I'm in search of solution. I was interested in power line but heard about its limitation so I will put that on hold for now. I have my eyes on MoCA but I have very limited budget and knowledge, so I came here for help.

My setup is really simple, a cable modem and a dual-band router. I have a TV and a computer on a different floor. A pair of moca adapters can help the TV for streaming. How about the computer which is on a different corner? Do I need to sets of adapters? How to setup for 2 pairs of moca adapters?

You need just one adapter per device.

What powerline adapter limitation are you referring to?

Per the MoCA standards, you are be able to use 3 MoCA bridges. Don't need to use them pair-wise.
