For the past 3 days I am unable to access http://www.smallnetbuilder.com and am getting an old Cloudflare cached page instead, mentioning that the site is offline. Anything dodgy? Trying to connect from within Holland.
Forum site is ok though.

Hmm, still cannot access the site. Even after disabling my adblockers and emerging threat spam lists.
Tried using ipvanish vpn and can access from many IP's. No problem.
But from my regular IP cannot access anymore. Blacklisted?

Will put back another old router and see if this would resolve the issue. TBC

Can you elaborate on "cannot access"? Do you get any specific error page with your browser?

I was getting Cloudfare error 522 (https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200171906-Error-522-Connection-timed-out). Although ICMP traffic to this site passed fine.

Anyway, with my other router I was able to access the site. I just cloned its MAC to my ERL router, renewed the public IP, now its working.
Apparently blacklisted somewhere.

If you're switching routers, power down your modem for at least 10 to 30 minutes (varies) before you power it back up with your new router. By cloning the original router's MAC you simply bypassed this issue. (I don't believe you were blacklisted, in other words).

Yeah I tried that as well before, being aware of ISP dhcp settings. Apparently it's a whole range that is being blocked. Anyway it's working right now. A bit difficult to continue testing this issue as it imposes downtime.
