This feature has been on some routers but requires you to enter an SMS service provider which means that it would work with USB modems too. It is also very rarely used. A direct sms feature of sending sms from the router without a provider requires the router to have a radio transmitter on the same frequency that your phone uses and requires a costly license to be able to transmit on that frequency.

A router cannot do it without a mobile network type modem so it has to forward it through some server such as an SIP gateway or provider. Just like there is an internet provider there is also a mobile provider. Mikrotik routerOS has had sms functionality for a long time but it requires a mobile provider for it to work as it cannot directly send an sms to phones.

Currently this a niche feature and little benefit to home users. Consumer routers are not security hubs so have no need to inform you anywhere about something (not to mention bugs to over report). Not only does this feature cost money to use but file based logging either on the router or on a file server or email is much more preferred to consumers.

If you want the sms functionality use a non consumer router. Consumer routers werent built to be a security hub or similar to require the urgency of sms reports.

we do not have support access restriction, and You want sms suport ?
