I'm getting CloudFlare's offline cached page for SmallNetBuilder.com I saw the previous post below from May where the OP renewed for a new IP and his problem was fixed. I've restarted my modem and released and renewed my router and have not received a new IP, and it's still giving me the cached version.
Anyone have any ideas on what's going on here? I've been getting the offline page since yesterday, which was the first time I've tried to visit in a year or so.
