How to add a static IPv6 route that survives reboot?

New Around Here
In order to route IPv6 traffic from LAN devices to (IPv6) Internett I have to add the following command on my ASUS RT-AC66U router:

"route -A inet6 add ::/0 eth0"

Than it works. But the route is gone after reboot. I can't add this via the route GUI.

I receive DHCPv6-PD from the ISP, the WAN interface and the LAN-interface is correctly configured with IPv6. But the default IPv6 route via the WAN interface (eth0) does not show up.

Q1: How do I add a persistant route to the ASUS flash image? The file system seems to be mounted read-only.
Q2: Do I have to run the merlin-asuswrt image (currently I run the most recent stock ASUS flash image)?
