New Around Here
hello
my ISP provide the router: Sagemcom F@st 3184 that provide Lan and Wireless network to part of the house.
In other part i got Asus RT-AC66U Router. the ASUS is connected directly from the ISP router.
I cant access my router from outside the network and the apps like Aicloud do not work due to "Multiple NAT" problem.
Is there any way to getthe ASUS router to see the IP provided by the ISP?
in adittion, i preffer to leave the ISP router as is and not make it as bridge.

Thanks

Bridge the ISP router is the way to go. Otherwise you will be making changes on both routers.

Hi
What do you mean make changes to the router? Can you refer me to the settings needed in such configuration?

Search Google for the Sagemcom manual. Then search the manual for "bridge". With my Sagemcom 1704N, in the GUI there is a simple button in labeled "QuickBridge" that enables bridging (quickly).

Then you (probably) setup PPPoE on your AC66U, because the AC66U is now connecting straight to the ISP, using the modem as a "bridge".

The Sagemcom manual will explain it more gooder than me ever could. ;)

Already tried it and it worked. Even without setting anything specific in the Asus router. The problem is I need the sagemcom to act as router because it in different part of the house (also connects devices via lan) were the Asus can't reach

Then maybe you should run the ASUS as an AP.

Some aspects of those services will be impossible unless the device is the gateway router to the internet (UPnP). Other aspects should still work fine, though you may need to do some additional configuration (DDNS, shared drive).

AiCloud is the only service that the AP might not be capable of.
