Ext HDD (4TB WD My Book) issue with Health Scanner or Firmware issue??

Ran into issues, HDD only a couple weeks old, no errors showing up in Windows or with WD Drive Utilities when checking the HDD.
Anybody seen this before?

Linux will generally do a health check periodically - some don't...

Here, it looks like we have a health check, or a file system marked dirty after a hard restart, and then ntfsck runs out of memory due to the size of the disk (number of blocks)...
 
Formatted the 4TB WD My Book to EXT 4 in Win 10 using freeware "MiniTool Partition Wizard Free Edition 9.1"
Now no more drive errors and also the health check runs just fine.
