Dubai VPN

Is there any VPN that has servers in dubai?

I live in Dubai and my because of my ISP i cannot connect to csgo matchmaking server. All my friends with the same ISP have this issue and the ones without this ISP dont.

Since CSGO has servers in Dubai, i wanted a way to bypass my ISP blocks without getting high ping like a VPN based in dubai.

If there isnt one, is there a way i can bypass this without losing bandwidth or using a VPN?

The matchmaking server is somewhere in eu but the game server that you play on it in Dubai. But I do not think the location of the matchmaking server matters because all of my friends connect to it and for them it works fine except for the ones who use the same isp as me.

Basically the way it works is that you connecting to matchmaking server to matchmaking server assign you to a game server and you connect to the server when I connect to the matchmaking server a good nights but nothing happens. Even console it shows it connected to matchmaking server but nothing is happening in game its attempting to connect to the game server but the connection is being blocked.

Even contacted Steam Support about this and they still think the issues of my computer sometimes I wonder if the Support is still in the stone ages.

i know i meant why not try connecting to the game server directly instead of the lobby. because it is in the EU and because the middle east actually ranks lowest in internet freedom, lots of filtering is probably going on. So try connecting to the game servers first because even a vpn in dubai could also be under the same ISP.

And here I thought OP was trying to connect to a dating site... (meeting potential mates/partners can be a real problem in certain regions...)
