    Sorry for the confusion. It is somewhat interesting. Without yazfi the subnet for the guest network is the same as the router, but it seems that internally it is different. Am I reading it correctly? If yes, then why does asus make the guest network the same?

    192.168.101.x and 102.x is not my subnet. I have 192.168.50.x. Those 101 and 102 were the ones Yazfi created when I had it installed. Am I missing something?

    I understand what and why you suggested it. I believe PPPoE also enables credentials for it. I think this is how you authenticate the PPPoE service. I'm just saying that you must be careful to suggest those changes without knowing some extra info. That is all.

    Yes, you can select it but it does not mean it is what your provider is. Comcast is not PPPoE and I believe my verizon 5g home service is not it either. You suppose to refer to your provider for that settings.

    2nd AX3000 is configured as a media bridge. It does not serve any wifi clients.

    Don't have nodes. I have 2 AX3000s. One is main and another in bridge mode. I played with mesh a long time ago with both but I don't think it should make a difference now.

    I have rebooted the router and the Chromebook and still looks like wired. This Chromebook does not even have a network port. Wifi only.
