How to Configure RT-N66U as Wireless Bridge without Repeater?

If you Google it, it's a pretty common issue. I would return mine under warranty, but I added an internal SD card when I first got it.

How to Configure RT-N66U as Wireless Bridge without Repeater?

I had considered that. I've used DD-WRT and Tomato in the past. I just have become accustomed to using the Asus interface and thought I might have been overlooking what I assumed was a fundamental option.

How to Configure RT-N66U as Wireless Bridge without Repeater?

I have an RT-N66U, and an RT-AC68U. I thought the N66U was dead, but it turns out the power switch just doesn't stay in anymore. But I already replaced it with an RT-AC68U. I have my N66U configured as a wireless bridge, but it insists or also being a repeater. All I want it to use the...

Firewalling IP/subnet mask (or IP range)??? I tried applying this guide to my router by blocking the specified IPs/Ports on the firewall page. But it doesn't seem to have had any impact. Does anyone know the best way to block these IPs? Edit: This IPs I want to block are...

    Android PPTP VPN LAN access

I setup a PPTP VPN on my N66U running the latest version of RTMerlin. I am able to access my router via 192.168.1.1, but I am not able to access any other LAN servers by their IP, or any other means. Using whatsmyip, my public IP does reflect that of my home network. Does anyone have a clue as...

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

My slow upload speed problem has re-appeared, and it much worse than before. My download speed is about 3.6Mbps, and my upload is only 7.5Mbps. With my other router I can get over 50 down and 35 up.

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

After a botched attempt of installing DD-WRT, I found recovery mode for the RT-N66U and I used the Asus utility to restore the stock 220 firmware. I had also tried a few 30-30-30 resets. Once I got the stock firmware up and running again, I ran another speedtest.net test and I'm getting...

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

I had already changed my QoS settings, doing so adds 3-4 Mbps, but it's still less than half of what I get with my old router. I've also powered down my FiOS modem and let it sit for a few minutes without any success.

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

I have Fios, and I have reset my modem. Maybe I should RMA the router.

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

I just wiped the router, and the results are the same. I am unable to upload faster than 10Mbps. Edit: Since I lost all of my settings anyways, I went ahead and loaded 3003_178 and performed another wipe. My upload speeds are still limited to ~10Mbps.

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

I didn't have any old settings, and it said that it they had to be wiped. In this case, I believe it was automatic, because I went from a 32k NVRAM to a 64k NVRAM build. I literally plugged my new router in, and went straight to the upgrade firmware page.

Slow upload on new firmware 3.0.0.4.220

I just bought this router and immediately updated the firmware to the latest version, 220. I have found that the upload is very slow, compared to where is should be. I am uploading at 10Mbps, my other router uploads at 35Mbps. This is from my wired desktop. I know my router had no old...
