    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 51E3

RT-N66U. I always do a factory reset before and after installing the firmware, I didn't this time and it went bad! Thanks for your answer!

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 51E3

I did a dirty flash of 51E3 over 49E4 and I'm getting Wi-Fi range issues. The question is: do I need to reflash 51E3 again or a factory reset/reconfigure will do the job? Thanks!

    Schedule reboot

Hi all, I have an N66U repeater with John's 49E4 and tried today schedule reboot from the GUI. I notest that the reboot is very "soft", is lasts no more than 15 seconds, while the 'Reboot' buttton lasts more or less 2 minutes. What's the difference between this two reboots? The schedule reboot...

Can I use web interface to downgrade a John's fork firmware version

Ok, thanks, I think I did it. I flashed 32E4 but I'm getting errors in system log (repeater mode): And this ones in AP mode (second router): Are this bugs from 32E4 or I did something wrong? Are the routers going to work fine with these errors?

Can I use web interface to downgrade a John's fork firmware version

I'm having troubles with reboots every day on 49E4 in repeater mode, so I'd like to downgrade to an older version. Can I do it through web interface? Router is RT-N66U.

    RT-N66U CFE version 1.0.1.3

I have two N66U's B1, one Dark Night set up as an AP and the other set as a repeater. The repeater shoes CFE version 1.0.1.9 and the AP 1.0.1.3. Why is is this happening? The firmware is equal on both routers (see image). Thanks for any help!

    AP and Repeater

Hi all, I Have an older N66U with Merlin's RT-N66U_3.0.0.4_374.35_4-sdk5 set up as an AP and another N66U that I bought recently with John's Fork RT-N66U_3.0.0.4_374.43_2-18E3j9527 set up as a repeater. Is there any wireless performance issues because of not having the same firmware on both...

    RT-N16+RT-N66U

If I do “dhcp server lease list” by telnet I get the correct list, no duplicated IP's. This must be a bug of the main router firmware.

    RT-N16+RT-N66U

Hi Colin, I've asked the question because my ISP router firmware reports the RT-N66U as having the IP 192.168.1.83 (which is wrong, the real IP is 192.168.1.82, see image from device discovery utility) and, what is strange, my brother's smartphone with the same IP (see image). As I said in...

    RT-N16+RT-N66U

Hi all, My ISP router (Technicolor TG784n v3) wireless capability is very bad so I disabled it and connected an RT-N16 configured as AP with Merlin's 3.0.0.4.374.35_4 to an ethernet port of the TG784. To cover my whole house I took my RT-N66U and configured it as a repeater, and here is my...
