    Folder name mismatch across Mac / Windows

    Hi everyone.. I'm using a Synology DS 1512 NAS with Diskstation DSM 4.3 I have my Mac and my PC both connected to the NAS... I made a folder on the NAS via my mac called 'Joe & Filippa Music" but when I view the same folder from my PC it's named ' JHBHNA~W' Why is this happening...

    I'm going insane! Which NAS? Synology or Qnaps
