Adding Unblock-Us DNS using DNSMasq in official F/W

From here I see Merlin f/w was used to run dnsmasq but being upgraded to the latest official f/w, I can all ready telnet and see dnsmasq is installed on my non-modded router. Is there a way to configure DNSMasq using official ASUS firmware?
