Hardware VPN - please help me understand...

Hi everyone, I'm hoping you can help me out with a query I have with regard to getting a VPN set up at home. I currently have a number of wired and wireless machines at home, all linked to a Netgear R6300. This is then plugged into a modem through the WAN port. I have a dynamic IP address...
