    Question on Flow Control

    From my point of view "flow control" should be used ONLY when you`we got some problems with negotiation beetwen ports. If everything with the speed is OK and there is no errors leave it in disable state ..

    10 mb/s on a gigabit network? Why?

    Try to enable "flow control" function in your Gbit TP-link (if there is one there). I`ve got the same issue when tried to connect my Cisco Gbit cable modem to Draytek Web Smart G1240 Gbit switch ..
