    Problem with Gigabit fiber optic internet + AC66U

    torrent speed depends on NAT speed. 66u's nat speed is maybe only around 200mbps. 87u's nat speed is around 500mbps. ..that's why you need 87u(1ghz dual core.)

    i'm on 1gbps fiber. my router ver is merlin.51(rt-ac87u), and wan-lan is over 850mbps with contant 50mbps(8mbps cctv * 6) lan to lan traffic. :)

    rt-ac87u on 378.50. nat loopback worked well. before, , after nat loopback didn't work. so i change my firewall setting. and apply. ,after nat loopback works well. sorry for my bad english;;

    find in system log. every "notify_rc restart_wrs" makes nap loop port foward dead. this log occurs every 48hour. solution? i don't know. :(

    AC87U NAT loopback

    i have a same issue. look 'system log', and find something like 'Oct 2 02:00:32 rc_service: rc 5030:notify_rc restart_wrs' every 48hour, 'at 2am'.. restart_wrs?? makes nat loopback disabled. :(.. goto firewall and click on or off. and apply. you can make loopback enable.

    there is nat loopback problem. :( with hw acc on, wired <-(nat loopback)-> wired is good. but, wireless(5ghz,ac) <-(nat loopback)-> wired is not good. a lot of ping were timed out.

    if you using password manager, like LastPass, you get blank fields for ssid, or shared key.
