    I'm having this issue on a 2013 iMac with Mac OS 10.9.1 and I am totally stumped... The issue only occurs on the 'high' 5Ghz channels (>149) when I am running wide-band 40Mhz. Lower 5Ghz wide-band works fine, as does upper 5Ghz if I limit the width to 20Mhz.... Of course as luck would have it...
