AiCloud web access not working

I got brand new RT-AX88U, updated the router with 384.9, did factory restore and then configured the router (including "Cloud Disk" and "Smart access" and kept the port at default 443). However the AiCloud web access is not working - I am getting "refused to connect" in the browser (tried...
