My router have huge CPU usage with firmwares 380.66, 380.67 and 380.68

At the moment when the problem exists, I use only torrents. I do not write about the built in router torrent client, but about the usual qBittorent. I am connected to the provider via VPN. I do not use other VPN services.

My router have huge CPU usage with firmwares 380.66, 380.67 and 380.68

100 Mbit Yes, I am sure. Now I installed 380.65 again - there are no problems. I think the problem is connected to the VPN protocol - L2TP Yes, it's enable. I can attach a couple of screenshots for comparison:

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.66 is now available

    With 380.66 I have same problem - https://www.snbforums.com/threads/beta-asuswrt-merlin-380-66-beta-is-now-available.38718/page-8#post-321011 I returned to 380.65_4

[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.66 Beta is now available

But not 100%, so the interface of the router does not open. :) And with 380.65_4 I don't have this problem. This is normal: But with 380.66_beta3 I have 100% , although the speed of distribution is less.
