Router to switch massive speed drop off

So normally I should be getting a 300/20 speed. At the moment (using a switch) I am only getting 8/20, that is a MASSIVE drop, and I have no idea why. I am using a Linksys (SE3008) 8 Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. Any ideas why it's being like this?
