Zero disk SMCNAS04 root and update firmware

Hi all, sorry for my english. I have problem with my NAS SMCNAS04, It's been a while since I have not used my NAS ( 3 years ) I made a complete reset zero disk ans now when i want configure my hdd raid i can log to root. when i want log with user root nothing is happening. I search installer...
