    No...well not without RF sensing equipment. But, why wouldn't they on a brand new router? Wifi antennas are not very sophisticated.

    I think your on to something! I started having apple connection issues starting with IOS 9.3.1 on my Netgear r8500. Disabled beamforming and all is good. Seems to be an apple issues since it effects different brands and different models.

    With a 5000 square feet home and a 1500 square feet guest house, and 13 TVs running, a few hundred bucks should cover 30 minutes of the electric bill. Thank god for fossil fuel energy generation! Now just don't tell me your last name is Gore and a private jet is involved! :)

    Ya some really high tech comments there! I think I will base my next router purchase based on that goobledygock. Easy to purchase a $400.00 router when their mom's pay the rent and keep the refrigerators stocked.
