    RT-AC5300 Airplay doesn't work across bands in Tri-Band mode

    I turned Tri-Band off and gave each band its own SSID and airplay worked across the bands flawlessly. Turned Smart Connect back on, and the same issue happens. Is there a setting on the Smart Connect rules I need to tweak?

    Airplay is not working RT-AC5300 [Merlin 380.61]

    Did you ever get this working? I experience a similar issue where if my iPhone/iPad is on one band (5G-1), it cannot connect to the ATV or a Airplay server is on another band (5G-2.) But if they both happen to land on the same band, it works perfect. Almost like it can't route that traffic...
