    EDIT: Figured it out. My fault, should have experimented more before posting. In case anyone's wondering, need to switch to static IP in the IP Camera's admin page (instead of obtain IP from DHCP). Got it working with the OWLR app too. For the Disconnected status in Merlin's OpenVPN Servers...
