Best Router that lets you limit applications and give a application you using at the moment bandwidt

A router can limit a receiver to use internet access, it can also deny the internet access. But a router cannot control the speed limit for applications. The application itself sometimes comes with the feature of speed limit for download. All the best.

    3x3 vs 2x2 WAP

Yes it is a 3x3 device but I don't think you need to throw out your yoga. Yoga is an excellent 2x2 device.

    5G multi-device speed question

I think you should try in more fashion and then shared it with us. "more fashion" means you can try connecting your device without the wireless router. Perhaps a direct connection. Or connect a single device and put it closer to the router or something.

Dead insect inside my LED Television

I think you don't have any other way than to disassemble it then clean it from that bug and reassemble it. But honestly the trouble is a lot more than the outcome. Plus there's risk factor involved. And if you try something on the screen, it would only make it worse. So, the best way is to stay...

How often should you power cycle?

There is no "Recommended" power cycle time length. It's not really necessary to turn your device off just to give a rest from power. But I'm not saying it's a bad habit either.
