    Ah, I was. Forgot that even when using the WAN IP, the router still does a reverse NAT thing, where it's as if I'm on my LAN. Will check again using a mobile app off WiFi. Thank you! EDIT: All good!

    My apologies for resurrecting this thread yet again, but since the recent ASD/firmware debacle, I decided to do a port scan of my WAN IP/domain for giggles, and am also seeing these ports open on my RT-AC66U, as well as 41837. However I am running the latest stock ASUS firmware...

    RT-AX89X suddenly started using a lot more CPU and memory leak leads to lockup every ~10mins

    Have an older ASUS RT-AC66U, which has been solid for literally years, until it started acting up the past couple of days. Currently running stock firmware v9.0.0.4.382_52503. Just now, I couldn't get any devices to pull a DHCP IP. A reboot resolved it, but only after a few minutes, saw this...

    Hi RMerlin - Thanks so much for your reply! When I poured over the rest of the log, I did notice that sequence of events happening at regular intervals and there was no external IP shown vs. when I know I was connected remotely. Again, wasn't sure what I was looking at. Appreciate the clarification!
