    Based upon the chain of events the key issue was going from 384.19 to 386.4 without a full factory reset.     I followed the factory reset method you documented. I also set the bands to specific channels and installed Skynet before trying again. (I did try with Skynet disabled after the factory reset too.) Trying to keep it simple.
