RT-AC68U cannot delete user on cloud disk application

Hi, I have 3 users on cloud disk application, ex : user1 user2 user3 for the user2 and user3 is working perfectly for delete and modify but for the user1 the icon is greyed, cannot delete user or modify How to solve this? Thanks
