Kill switch VPN AsusWRT

Hello I just purchased the TUF-AX3000 V2 router. I need to configure a Surfshark VPN to protect all my equipment. I managed to do the manipulation and everything seems to work. However, when I cut the VPN on the ASUS router, my equipment automatically switches to the WAN of my original router...
