    Hi bbunge, I would really love to stay away from a factory reset as it took me a bit to configure the router. I do have the latest firmware and my Samsung phones work fine on other wifi networks. Really looking for a fix that doesn't involve a hard reset.

    Thanks Colin! Yes this is a windows 10 desktop - i think this is what i am missing your the best, one more question as I'm not super techi - how do I find the VPN subnets to add? also will these subnets constantly change?
