poe+ poe splitter

I can find relatively inexpensive PoE 802.3af splitters ($15-$20, TP-link, Trendnet). However, the few PoE+ splitters I have found are 5-6X the price. Can someone suggest a good PoE+ splitter? Thanks, Mace
