Same, I have been using them quite some time and never had an issue. This morning their dedicated vpn kept acting up, so I tried to generate a new config and bumped into this, currently I'm going to try setting it up manually to see how it goes, to pinpoint the issue.

If you use an ip from Michigan the data center that supplies that subnet has had troubles in the past 24 hours. I know because I messaged Torguard.

I do, good call

Manually entering it work's but the generated config's still produce this error, I'll let Torguard support know as well.

What does this have to do with my firmware?

Sorry Eric. This was wrong I apologize.

I was referring to the thread title. It mentions 384.5, yet the discussion as far as I can understand is about that provider's website.

Was just trying to see weather it was the provider's generator causing the issue's when uploading or if other user's were experiencing the same issue, so far it seemed it had nothing to do with your firmware and was totally the provider's generator. Manually imputing the same information made the connection work anyway
