I have AC3200 with latest 4980 firmware. Since update, I have a problem with my router, for example, if I check my router with AiCloud apps, if I check it at my home with wifi, I can login to my router, the router appears Online, everything is fine, but if I am away or just turn off my wifi and just my data to login AiCloud, it said my router is Offline and there is no way I can login to my router. Can anyone please tell me what should I do? Now I can't ftp files to my router from my office. Thanks so much...
