Hi,
I have been running 2 AC68us connected via ethernet cable. One as a main router an the other as an access point. Everything was working fine for about 3 days. Last night the access point decides to not connect. It says obtaining IP address when i try to logon to it from any client (Smartphone, Macbook....) So I hard reset it. I actually hard reset my main router too and now everything is back in sync. What is weird is:
This time I haven't set my inside room router as an access point which was earlier setup as an access point. Its setup as a normal wireless router but I'm getting the same functionality and speeds. So what would be different if I change it to be an AP. I can still connect to both routers as before. Could you shed some light on this.
Thanks
Sunny
